How to get your eSIM QR Code :
A link with a QR code will be sent to your email address, simply scan the QR code using a compatible eSIM device and follow the prompt.
Notes :
- To check whether the mobile phone supports the eSIM function, you can dial*#06#. If EID is displayed, it generally means that eSIM is supported.
- Once the installation process has begun, refunding/cancelling the eSIM is not accepted.
- We recommend to install eSIM after you arrive in destination or before you board your flight.
- Please be noted that you need to have a stable network/WiFi connection when installing eSIM.
- Please turn off the data roaming function of the original SIM Card to avoid high roaming fees.
- Data usage period begins once you arrive the destination and activate eSIM.
- For Daily Pass plans, you have a fixed amount of data each day. Once you reach your daily limit, your internet speed will be reduced to 128kbps. Your full speed and data allowance will automatically reset at the start of the next day.
